We drove from Mendoza to the Penitentes Hotel, a somewhat tired ski resort. Given the lateness of the summer, the ski bunnies were nowhere to be seen. Although we had not started hiking, the fact that we had just driven up several thousand feet meant that the short hike that Dave and I took left us embarrassingly breathless. Without the ability to frame a properly scenic shot, I settled for this, as I lay on the ground gasping.
The shadow of the window is nice. :-)
